About the Role:
As a CSR, you'll assist customers via phone, email, or chat—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including:
- Responding to account and billing inquiries
- Providing product or service information
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Recommending solutions and, when appropriate, upselling services
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus—but not required Fresh graduates are welcome, and full training will be provided.
