About the Role

The Account Officer will be responsible for identifying potential partnerships and cultivating relationships with schools. You'll drive market expansion in your assigned region while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients. This role is part of our Business Development Department, reporting to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

Leads Generation and Market Expansion

· Execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize sales of company's e-learning products within the assigned region.

· Establish connections in the education sector through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.

· Build and maintain professional relationships with private and public schools.

· Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Account Management

· Implement and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

· Work closely with Client Support Officers in managing relationships with existing clients.

· Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, ensure customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.

Local Brand Representation

· Represent the company at the regional level and promote the brand effectively within the assigned area.

· Execute local promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and foster a positive image among the target client base.

Who We're Looking For

· Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or any related field

· At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (Publishing, Tech, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries preferred)

· Knowledge of the e-learning sector (K-12) is an advantage

· Strong business acumen, trend analysis, and competitive insights in education

· Willingness to travel frequently and do 100% fieldwork

· Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to develop sales/marketing strategies

· Excellent presentation, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills

· Strong computer skills and openness to learn new technologies

· Passionate about education and making an impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
