We're looking for a Chat Support Representative to be the frontliner of our digital communications—ensuring every inquiry is handled with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, promos, and membership packages.
  • Guide leads through the appointment booking process and ensure high arrival rates.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
  • Coordinate with the sales and clinic operations team for client follow-ups.
  • Keep records of client interactions and feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, chat/email support, or related roles.
  • Strong written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and chat tools (Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Interest in wellness, fitness, or health industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
