ob Description:
The Data Analyst supports data-informed decision-making across DTN by delivering high-quality analyses, dashboards, and reporting for teams across product, marketing, sales, customer experience, operations, and finance. In this role, you will transform data into clear, actionable insights and help stakeholders understand business performance across DTN's SaaS, subscription, and data products.

As a Data Analyst, you will execute analytical projects from data exploration through insight delivery. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and/or the Analytics Manager to answer key business questions, build reliable reporting assets, and contribute to a trusted analytics foundation.

What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct analyses that support product, commercial, and operational teams across DTN's markets and back-office functions.
• Build data models, queries, and frameworks to evaluate product usage, sales performance, customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Workday, Hubspot, or other relevant tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear visualizations, summaries, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Partner with IBA and Data Governance teams to support data quality improvements, documentation, and reliable pipeline availability.
• Assemble multi-source datasets and perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, A/B testing, and scenario analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to analytics best practices through documentation, QA checks, and consistent standards for metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to refine KPIs and measurement approaches that enable a data-driven culture.

What you will bring to the role:

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles in a SaaS, technology, or data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic experience with a programming language such as Python or R.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI and/or tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Ability to translate data into insights through clear analysis, data storytelling, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, KPIs, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets in cloud-based data environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries aligned with DTN's mission—weather, agriculture, energy, or similar data-intensive verticals.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and foundational statistical methods.
• Hands-on exposure to Snowflake or similar modern data stack technologies.
• Understanding of self-service BI concepts and scalable reporting practices.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques and how they apply to business analytics.

Compensation:
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 52,500 and PHP 75,000 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
