The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional materials. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver designs that communicate effectively and engage target audiences across digital and print channels.

Shift: Night Shift | 9am-6pm Pacific Time

Work setup: WFH / Remote

Role Overview:

  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
  • Develop layouts and visual concepts for presentations, ads, and promotional content.
  • Work closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into visual executions.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality of marketing creatives.
  • Prepare artwork files for print and digital production while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic/Marketing Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brand-consistent design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to feedback and willingness to iterate design
