Who We're Looking For
We are welcoming OJT / Interns currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Office Administration, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative operations within a professional setting.
What You'll Do
- Assist in HR and administrative documentation and record-keeping
- Help in organizing employee files and compliance-related documents
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and office administrative tasks
- Provide support during trainings, meetings, and company events
- Gain exposure to real HR and administrative processes
