This is a unique opportunity to join us at the ground level and make a significant impact in developing our sales strategies, building a referral network, and driving lead generation throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities
**Lead Generation and Appointment Setting**
Conduct outbound sales calls to property owners, real estate agents, and other potential clients, setting appointments for our roofing services.
**Building Referral Networks**
Establish and nurture relationships within the real estate and property management sectors to enhance our referral network.
**Utilization of Technology**
Leverage AI tools and social media platforms to generate leads and optimize marketing strategies.
**Email Marketing**
Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads into appointments.
**Team Collaboration**
Work closely with internal teams to refine sales processes and improve overall business performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
**Outstanding English Communication Skills:**
Must have exceptional spoken and written English capabilities with a minimal accent for effective outbound communication.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in an outbound sales environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Go High Level or similar tools.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other analytics and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and digital lead generation strategies.
Ability to create or oversee marketing content, including graphics, video, and compelling copy.
Quick to learn and implement new marketing technologies effectively.
