Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Campaign Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery, optimisation, and reporting of content marketing-led campaigns. This role supports sales and internal marketing teams by overseeing digital ad performance across platforms, managing paid social campaigns, and contributing to internal B2B content marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Delivery
Plan campaign timelines and delivery milestones in collaboration with the Sales Team.
Load sponsored content (articles, newsletters, social posts) to the website and digital platforms.
Coordinate Solus eDMs and newsletter insertions according to client specifications.
Publish sponsored content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Execute paid Facebook advertising campaigns to maximise engagement and reach.
Oversee the delivery of internal B2B content marketing initiatives.
Performance Optimisation & Reporting
Track and optimise campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GAM 360, and Facebook Insights.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Team and clients, including strategic performance feedback and recommendations.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes and audience targeting.
Deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Ensure timely and clear communication of campaign progress, outcomes, and next steps.
Understand client advertising goals and translate them into successful content marketing strategies.
Address client feedback and implement optimisation changes as required.
Quality Control & Efficiency
Maintain high standards for all delivered assets and digital experiences.
Balance internal priorities and client expectations to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain campaign profitability by understanding budget requirements and internal costings.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in digital media marketing, preferably in a content or advertising environment.
Strong understanding of Facebook as a business marketing platform, including campaign setup and optimisation.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in working independently and remotely.
Experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns is highly regarded.

WordPress (or similar CMS)
Microsoft Office Suite
DotDigital (or similar email marketing tools)
Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
HubSpot (desirable)
Asana or other project management tools (desirable)
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong customer service orientation
