Marketing Specialist (Restaurant Industry)

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and goal-oriented Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant or food & beverage sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across digital and traditional channels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to highlight the restaurant's brand, menu, and special offers.
• Manage social media platforms, produce engaging content, and strengthen the restaurant's online presence.
• Partner with operations to carry out seasonal promotions, events, and collaborations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to track trends, customer behaviors, and business opportunities.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including online ads, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and SEO.
• Ensure all communication materials follow brand guidelines.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts, partners, and vendors for promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content development.
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in event or local store marketing is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
