Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly experienced and talented FM Design Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a leading independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we specialize in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including Facilities Management (FM). The FM Design Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing the design process for FM projects.

They will be responsible for ensuring that design deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards. The FM Design Manager will collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative and practical design solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the design team in the development of FM design concepts and solutions.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure coordination and integration of design activities. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Manage the design process, including Design-Check-Approve-Authorize cycle. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in FM design. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and ensure design implementation. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and provide recommendations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of years of experience in FM design, with experience in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of FM design principles, codes, and standards. Proficiency in design software and tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
