Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Project Engineer
, office-based in
Biñan, Laguna
, with site assignments as required. The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects from pre-construction through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation from pre-construction to turnover
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
  • Support cost control, material take-offs, and project documentation
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, permits, and as-built documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
  • Knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites as needed
