Eyewear Manager

**Multiple Locations: Sucat, SM North, Cavite, Antipolo, Manila, Laguna, Cebu, BGC

At Sunnies Inc., we're all about bringing together style, service, and experience. As an Eyewear Manager, you'll lead multiple stores (2–3 mall locations) to ensure operations run smoothly, customers leave happy, and every store reflects our signature Sunnies style.

What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise daily business operations across assigned stores.
  • Ensure 100% customer service excellence is delivered at all times.
  • Train, motivate, and coach store teams to deliver attentive, efficient service.
  • Assess performance, provide feedback, and create opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer and team concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Audit store processes to ensure company standards are met.
  • Manage inventory requests, deliveries, and stock accuracy to achieve zero loss.
  • Analyze store performance and develop more effective processes.
  • Achieve business profit objectives and present performance reports to management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain store condition, planogram execution, and organized stockrooms.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in retail operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, goal-oriented, and financially savvy.
  • Proven customer management skills.
