What you'll focus on

Inventory Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders, and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits (cycle counts) and generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and forecast needs.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage inventory requirements and improve accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management, including contract-stipulated quarterly cycle counts.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

Daily Cycle Count and Inventory Counts:

• Facilitate and monitor daily cycle and inventory counts (internal or client-initiated).
• Create timelines and track progress.
• Manage pre-count downloads and count plan creation in Logiwa.
• Lead reconciliation of results.
• Develop daily cycle count schedules and coordinate with warehouse partner inventory teams.
• Act as custodian of the Daily Inventory Cycle Count and Inventory Count trackers.

Collaboration with Operations Executive:

• Work closely with the Operations Executive, who participates in inventory counts, count plan creation, and reconciliation.
• Serve as the main driver for inventory count activities, providing supporting data and pictures.

Working Conditions:

• Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on business needs.
• Cabuyao Warehouse designated work location 6x a week with occasional visit to other warehouses.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ability to travel to warehouse locations and work overtime as needed
