The Verifications Billing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, classifying, and storing transportation documents. ResponsibilitiesIdentify load documents in email and software systems. To include BOL's, Rate Confirmations, Invoices, Lumpers, Scale Tickets, etcReceive, notate, and file Notice of Assignments from financial institutionsVerify the information on Rate Confirmations, and accurately relay necessary details to financial institutionsIdentify any potential issues with load documentation and escalate to Supervisor in billingUpdate Transportation Management Software with pertinent documents and invoice statuses RequirementsExcellent verbal and written EnglishHigh attention to detailPresentable attitude and service to clientsAbility to learn new computer systems quicklyMaintain a high level of accuracy in a fast -paced environmentAbility to coordinate with internal departments and also work independentlyFast and accurate typerProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposesAt least 2 years experience Account Receivables/Account Payables
