Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Scope of Position:
The Background Verification Specialist will perform employment background screening. This involves utilizing a range of research methodologies and tools and leveraging calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
** Comprehensive job training will be provided to ensure that candidates acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Obtain verifications via phone/email/fax/post, meeting quality standards and productivity targets.
- Verify education and employment history.
- Analyze feedback and research information from various sources.
- Review client and candidate documents before starting tasks.
- Prepare and submit screening reports to the client relations team.
- Build relationships with verification sources to generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with support and offshore teams to improve processes.
- Seek feedback from management, take on additional tasks, and contribute to business projects.
Education & Qualification Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Extensive experience in outbound dialing with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Analytical skills for evaluating findings
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Must be superb on the telephone and equipped with a customer-centric mindset
