Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevent experience in finance, audit, or accounting.
  • Good communication skills and knowledgeable in Quickbooks.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to details and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Resides in Davao City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general accounting processes, including recording transactions and preparing financial reports using QuickBooks.
  • Oversee accounts payable, billing, petty cash, and check processing.
  • Handle loan applications and ensure compliance with long-term payables documentation.
  • Monitor tax compliance (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) and coordinate with external bookkeepers.
  • Process payroll entries and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
  • Support financial planning by preparing budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations of bank accounts and sales records.
  • Track company assets, depreciation, and valuation.
  • Provide pricing analysis and issue internal memos on accounting procedures.
  • Train staff on QuickBooks and accounting processes when needed.
