What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process improvements
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participate in regular training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • No BPO experience required
  • High School Graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not essential
