Job Description:

Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment and systems. This role blends the knowledge of both mechanical systems and electrical/electronic systems to ensure optimal performance of machinery and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and maintain electromechanical equipment and systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems.
  • Assemble and disassemble electromechanical systems or components.
  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other technicians to improve system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.

Qualifications:

Education & Training:

  • Technical or vocational training in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (entry-level roles may be available for recent graduates).
  • Strong understanding of both mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, gears) and electrical systems (e.g., circuits, PLCs, sensors).
  • Familiarity with automation systems, robotics, and control systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
