We're looking for a Japanese Interpreter (IT Project Administrator) who's ready to take on an exciting hybrid role in Cebu City Enjoy a competitive salary package (₱100,000 + benefits), HMO with dependent from Day 1, and a hybrid setup (1–3 days onsite) while working on meaningful IT projects during the night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related role (Project Admin, Coordinator, or Interpreter).
  • Strong Japanese and English communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills in handling project tasks and updates.
  • JLPT N3 certification is a plus, but not required.

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time Japanese–English interpretation during meetings, calls, and project discussions.
  • Assist project teams in tracking timelines, deliverables, and reports.
  • Coordinate with Japanese and local teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Help prepare and translate project documents, presentations, and emails.
  • Support daily administrative and project management tasks as needed.
  • Monitor project updates and follow up on action items with internal and external teams.
  • Help maintain records, schedules, and reports for project progress.
  • Perform other related tasks to support overall team productivity and smooth communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
