Job Responsibilities :

AS Japanese Technical Communicator / Translator


• Translate technical documents and requirements accurately between Japanese and English, ensuring the

correct use of software engineering terminology and industry-specific jargon.


• Act as a bridge between technical experts and stakeholders, translating complex technical information into

understandable language tailored to the target audience, including non-technical users.


• Support requirement management by documenting, clarifying, and tracking software requirements in col laboration with offshore team and the customer


• Provide interpretation and translation support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations to facili tate smooth communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams.


• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive project information.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with project goals and update materials as

software evolves.


• Utilize tools such as and document management systems to track documentation status and

changes efficiently.

Job Qualifications :

MUST HAVE SKILLS:


• N2 JLPT level and higher


• Knowledge on Software Engineering terminologies


• Onsite work in CEBU office


• Adaptable to support different projects translation needs
