Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing plans, managing a team of specialists, and ensuring that all digital channels consistently reflect the company's brand identity and objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain a digital content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Set performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and excellence.
2. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support) to integrate digital efforts across departments.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to branding standards and comply with platform advertising policies.
3. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Oversee the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand values.
- Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and community interactions to build a strong online presence.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand reputation.
4. Content Development & Creative Direction
- Oversee the creation of multimedia content (graphics, videos, articles, and short-form content like Reels or TikToks).
- Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversion across all digital platforms.
- Provide creative input in conceptualizing digital campaigns and content storytelling.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital channels.
5. Data Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Identify insights from data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
- Conduct social media and digital audits to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
6. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing and advertising campaigns effectively.
- Ensure that spending aligns with performance targets and financial guidelines.
- Oversee partnerships with digital agencies, vendors, and content creators as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or any related business field.
Ø Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment industries A MUST
Ø Proven track record of managing successful online marketing campaigns and leading digital teams.
Ø Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
Ø Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, and social media advertising.
Ø Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
Ø Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ø Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and results-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
