The opportunity

The Virtual IT Professional Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution, helping to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales
  • Analyse campaign performance and user data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and relevant digital content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure optimal performance
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 digital marketing professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Expertise in developing and executing omni-channel digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for campaign tracking and performance measurement is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
  • Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
