Job Brief

The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in delivering end-to-end hiring support for Australian clients across a range of industries. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from intake to offer—while providing a seamless and professional experience to both clients and candidates. The role requires strong sourcing ability, confident interviewing skills, and the discipline to manage multiple active pipelines with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process including job briefing, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
  • Job Advertising: Write, review, and post job ads on various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs, and others.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule and manage client interviews, communicate interview outcomes, and support the decision-making process.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and update records using Recruit CRM and Airtable.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with candidates and maintain ongoing communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Feedback & Communication: Coordinate timely updates and manage post-interview feedback between clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment across various role types and industries.
  • Prior experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with AU hiring practices and time zones.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once while maintaining attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Professionalism in managing both client and candidate interactions.

Desirable

  • Exposure to social media recruitment campaigns or employer branding initiatives.
  • Comfort with recruitment analytics and report preparation.

Software Proficiency

  • Recruit CRM: End-to-end candidate tracking, pipeline management, reporting
  • Airtable: Role tracking, candidate logs, and workflow visibility
  • Job Boards: Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs
  • Design Tools: Canva (for visual job posts or branding assets)
  • Productivity: Microsoft 365, MS Teams

Education

  • Relevant education in HR, psychology, communications, or business is preferred but not required if supported by equivalent experience.
