Overview

The SAP PO Applications Lead is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, management, and support of SAP Process Orchestration (PO) solutions. This includes requirements gathering, detailed analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing production support.

The role monitors system health and performance, ensures timely resolution of issues, and collaborates closely with business partners and the Technology Office Team. Acting as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders, this role ensures smooth operations and alignment with organizational standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Management & Support

  • Ensure all SAP PO requests, incidents, and service tickets are addressed promptly in alignment with ITIL standards and organizational policies.
  • Perform configurations, routine changes, and system adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee preparation and deployment activities under the Change Management process.
  • Monitor application performance and system availability, ensuring minimal downtime and timely reporting of system health.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, identifying necessary customizations and configurations.
  • Lead the design, validation, and documentation of SAP PO integrations and enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective or preventive measures to improve system stability and performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Facilitate alignment and communication among business units, technical teams, and support groups.
  • Coordinate solution development, testing, and rollout activities for enhancements or issue resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for SAP PO-related discussions with internal teams and external partners.

Vendor & Service Management

  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure vendors meet performance expectations and deliver quality services.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and process optimization.

Key Competencies

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
  • Proven expertise in SAP PO with familiarity in SAP ECC and related modules (TRM, CLM, BPC, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills across oral, written, and presentation formats.
  • Demonstrated performance in SAP PO application support, consulting, or service delivery leadership (7+ years).
  • High level of collaboration, professionalism, and problem-solving capability.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP PO configuration, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SAP ECC integration and related applications.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and change control.
  • Hands-on experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
