About the Role

As part of the SAP Technology team, the
SAP CPI Manager
will be responsible for managing the identification and resolution of client needs, leading project teams, and overseeing client accounts. You will focus on strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project success while maintaining rigorous quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in SAP CPI/PI/PO, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex client needs and challenges.
  • Lead project teams and oversee client accounts.
  • Drive strategic planning and provide mentorship to junior staff.
  • Ensure project success and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop innovative solutions using technology to improve delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Solve complex problems and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • 7–11 years of hands-on experience in
    SAP PI/PO development
    with preference for
    CPI development
    .
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced skills in
    Groovy scripting

  • Experience across the
    entire implementation lifecycle

  • Proficiency in developing
    ESR and IR objects
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SAP Financials
    and
    SAP Logistics
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SAP BPM
    and
    SAP ABAP
    .
  • Development experience in
    Java/J2EE technologies
    .

Additional Information

  • Willingness to work onsite in
    BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila
    . (Hybrid 2-3x per week, dayshift)
