Key Responsibilities

  1. Video Editing & Production

  2. Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for use across digital platforms.

  3. Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.. to apply transitions, text overlays, color grading, and visual effects.
  4. Sync audio, adjust sound levels, and enhance voice clarity and background music.

  5. Follow brand tone, pacing, and visual consistency in all outputs.

  6. Storyboarding & Animation

  7. Develop visual storyboards and editing plans based on creative briefs.

  8. Create basic animations, intros, outros, and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

  9. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to visualize ideas before production.

  10. Photography & Videography

  11. Capture high-quality photos and video footage during events, product shoots, and campaign activations.

  12. Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear as needed.

  13. Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for use across multiple departments.

  14. Content Development & Support

  15. Produce short-form videos for social media, including reels, TikToks, and story highlights.

  16. Support campaign content creation with custom visual content tailored for target platforms.

  17. Collaborate with the content and social media team to ensure timely delivery of visuals that match content calendars and campaign timelines.

  18. Asset Management & Optimization

  19. Export content in various formats optimized for web, social media, and internal use.

  20. Manage file organization, backups, and version control of all visual projects.

  21. Ensure final outputs meet quality, compression, and resolution standards per channel requirement.

  22. Trend Research & Innovation

  23. Stay updated with current trends in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

  24. Recommend creative enhancements and new visual formats to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or multimedia production.

  • Prior work in a creative, marketing, or entertainment environment is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Skilled in storyboarding, audio syncing, and motion graphics
  • Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, and lighting
  • Strong knowledge of video formatting, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion or experience with online gaming casino is a HUGE plus
