We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You'll be responsible for turning raw drone, construction, and marketing footage into polished videos for highlight reels, training, and social content. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with creative vision, thrives under tight deadlines, and can deliver high-quality edits at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw drone, construction, and marketing footage into 90-second–2-minute highlight reels.
  • Deliver 6+ completed drone video/photo projects daily with accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform trimming, sequencing, color correction, and audio/music integration.
  • Apply light motion graphics and finishing details using After Effects.
  • Incorporate branded intros/outros and ensure project details are accurate.
  • Organize media assets and maintain efficient file workflows.
  • Support marketing content creation for campaigns and client storytelling.
  • Meet demanding turnaround times (some edits required within 30 minutes).
  • Collaborate with the videography and marketing team to ensure consistent quality.
  • Stay current with construction media best practices and evolving project needs.

Mandatory Skills

  • Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
  • Proficiency with After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong grasp of sequencing, pacing, and transitions.
  • Proven ability to deliver precise edits under strict deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in branding, titles, and logos.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet for file transfers.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in drone videography or construction-related editing.
  • Track record of high-volume, fast-turnaround projects.
  • Remote collaboration experience.
  • Ability to contribute to social/marketing video production.
