About the Role - Company Driver

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, clients, materials, and other items as needed. This role ensures timely pick-up and delivery, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, documents, and goods to designated locations.
  • Ensure punctuality and efficient route planning for all trips.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both inside and out, at all times.
  • Perform routine checks (oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, etc.) and report any issues immediately.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with authorized service providers.
  • Comply with all traffic rules, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods or materials when required.
  • Perform errands and other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Valid Professional Driver's License (with restrictions appropriate for company vehicles).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Clean driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.
  • Familiar with local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Physically fit, alert, and able to work long hours or flexible schedules.
