LoveYourself Inc. is seeking a reliable and dedicated Company Driver and Liaison Staff member to join our team. This role combines driving duties with administrative support and liaison tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to and from specified locations.

  • Ensure the company's vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance.

  • Assist in the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items between our offices, clients, and other business locations.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, handling administrative tasks and ensuring clear communication.

  • Support office operations by running errands, handling mail, and performing other duties as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and other expenses.

  • Ensure compliance with all traffic and transportation laws and regulations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Proven 4 to 5 experience as a company driver or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of local routes and destinations.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or logistics are a plus.
