Job Summary:

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, goods, and other items to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires strict compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and maintain company vehicles at all times.
  • Transport employees, clients, materials, and other goods to designated destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and regularly serviced.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle (oil, water, brakes, tires, etc.) before and after trips.
  • Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers.
  • Maintain an accurate log of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other records as required.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials as needed.
  • Run errands or perform deliveries as instructed by Management.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate/ Vocational Graduate
  • Valid professional Driver's License
  • Office Driver with experience in Metro Manila
  • Proven driving experience (minimum of 5 years)
  • Good knowledge of local routes, roads, and traffic regulations.
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours or flexible schedules.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management.
  • No major traffic violations or criminal record.
