Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in food & beverage service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support the store manager in supervising staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts
  • Lead, train, and support baristas and other team members
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in managing staff schedules and shift planning
  • Perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Enforce store policies and uphold brand standards
  • Collaborate with the manager on promotions, product launches, and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a café, coffee shop, or food & beverage environment
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math and POS/cash register skills
