Job Overview:

The Systems Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes that ensure the efficient and profitable operations of kiosk-type stores. This role focuses on enhancing operational standards, improving speed and service quality, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The position also involves analyzing kiosk performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting system rollouts that directly impact customer experience and profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop systems and processes specifically tailored to kiosk operations to improve service, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation and cascading of new operating systems and procedures for kiosk stores, ensuring effective adoption by staff.
  • Conduct process standardization, workflow design, re-engineering, and documentation to simplify kiosk operations and maximize output.
  • Monitor and analyze kiosk Profit & Loss statements to identify operational gaps, opportunities, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all kiosk policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures are regularly reviewed, updated, and properly communicated.
  • Support initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, faster transaction times, and optimized payback periods.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Training, and other departments to align kiosk systems with overall business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in systems/process improvement, preferably in kiosk or retail/food operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Experience in developing process flows, SOPs, and system documentation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
