As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within our Nostro Reconciliations team in the Securities Finance operation, you will have the opportunity to investigate and promote the resolution of exceptions. Job responsibilities:

  • Coach and provide feedback to managers, team leaders, and team members to exceed key performance indicators.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Handle and resolve escalations from external and internal parties.
  • Perform primary and secondary reviews, including high-value transactions processed by the team.
  • Act as the team's point of escalation and liaise with various internal teams to resolve issues timely.
  • Understand risk management to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.
  • Review and implement control changes to mitigate operational risks.
  • Escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
  • Attend and drive internal meetings to meet or exceed partner needs and expectations.
  • Participate in client calls to understand requirements and ensure timely implementation.
  • Lead process improvement and automation projects within the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatment
  • Good operational knowledge of Fund accounting system
  • Starting professional accountancy qualification
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and clients
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in Financial Sector industry
