Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting with invoicing, collections, and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate receipt of funds. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, record payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain detailed records.
  • Provide reports on receivables and assist with month-end closing and audits.
  • Support finance team with process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
