The Role

Join QQ English as our General Affairs Supervisor, based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational activities that support the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the company, including office management, facilities management, and procurement
  2. Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations by managing the administrative team and implementing efficient processes and procedures
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency
  5. Participate in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and other corporate activities
  6. Provide support and assistance to the management team as required

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or supervisory role, preferably within the marketing or communications industry
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant administrative software
  5. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
