Senior Graphic Designer

Who is this for?

We seek an experience, creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designers who will work closely with our Singapore based marketing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing visually compelling content, supporting brand and product storytelling, and executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand consistency, and understands the importance of timeline. He/She is also expected to manage junior Graphic Designers in a team.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work as part of the marketing team.

Xpressflower ) is the largest flower and gift omnichannel retailer in Singapore with more than 18 outlets in major shopping malls. We are also one of the top online flower delivery ) in Manila.

What do we expect from you?

Creative

• Creative production of marketing materials, such as event posters, flyers, banners, eSignage social media (Facebook/Instagram) graphics etc.
• Create product concepts (e.g. Floral, gifting) aligned with seasonal or campaign themes.
• Brainstorming and discussing with the team for new themes/ideas/design
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager in ideation, planning, developing, and executing marketing/promotional campaigns (both offline and online) in the area of design work.
• Photography & Videography editing
• Work with other designers

Marketing/ Campaign Support

• Work with the SG marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns with compelling creative visuals
• Be willing to share ideas and opinions about promotions and merchandising
• Deliver visual assets based on content calendars and timelines provided by Singapore HQ
• Assist in campaign execution when needed, especially in Major events (eg, Valentine's & Mother's Day)

File & Brand Asset Management

• Maintain organized design files and version control
• Ensure consistency in brand visuals, color palettes, typography, and templates
• Prepare source files and artwork for print or digital use when required

Collaboration & Communication

• Join weekly creative/marketing calls with the Singapore team
• Communicate clearly via email, WhatsApp, Slack, or project management tools
• Take feedback constructively and revise artworks based on the brand/marketing direction

What do we need from you?

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in graphic/creative design (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media designs
• Good time management and ability to work independently/remotely
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow design briefs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English)
• Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of visual design impacting buyer's desire.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography.
• A passion to inspire great design and ideas in a team environment
• Great Personality with a Positive Attitude in general

Working Style:

• Work Location: Remote (Manila-based) with flexible working hours aligned with the Singapore time zone
• Communication: Weekly online meetings and daily updates via WhatsApp
