Location : Filinvest City, Alabang Muntinlupa City.

The role

This role involves managing the entire order lifecycle , from customer acceptance through to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and successful process. The Specialist acts as a central point of contact, coordinating with various internal teams and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Handle order entry, administration, shipping, and delivery of goods from receipt of the order to final delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer requirements.
  • System Management: Ensure order data in the core system (e.g., SAP) aligns with material availability and logistics timing to meet delivery, revenue, and cash forecasting goals.
  • Data Accuracy: Accurately enter and verify information on purchase orders, including pricing, products, shipping terms (Incoterm, freight term), and payment terms. Manage credits, debits, and pricing updates.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate shipping with external providers to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve issues on purchase orders related to price, shipping details, and terms by working with relevant data owners.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate and confirm impacts on material readiness and shipping dates relative to customer requests. Generate and modify necessary customer-facing documents.
  • Issue Support: Assist in resolving customer issues related to invoicing, logistics, product quality, and supply timing.
  • Export Focus (If Applicable):

  • Understand International Incoterms.

  • Secure bookings with freight partners.
  • Generate and approve required export documentation.
  • Resolve complex logistics issues (e.g., equipment availability, route changes, documentation errors).

  • Computer skills required including Microsoft office
  • SAP knowledge or exposure preferred
  • Technology Savvy, Experience in Data visualization tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical and rationalization skills for analyzing complex data
  • Ability to create reports and presentations for presentation
