Position Overview:

The Luxury Clinic Accounts Specialist will handle Moesthetics Clinic's financial and billing operations. This includes managing client accounts, addressing billing questions, and keeping financial records accurate and confidential. We are looking for someone with accounting experience who values accuracy, privacy, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client billing and invoicing accurately and on time.
  • Respond to client questions about billing, payments, and accounts professionally.
  • Keep organized and detailed financial records (accounts receivable/payable) to match the clinic's standards.
  • Work with the management team on budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Process payments, refunds, and account changes while keeping information confidential.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews and suggest ways to improve revenue.
  • Ensure the clinic follows all legal and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial role.
  • Knowledge of billing and financial practices in healthcare or aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
