Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
  • Preferably with 6 months relevant experience in Data Management and Analysis, Financial Reports, and Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS Excel application and Data Analytics
  • Excellent in managing and analyzing large amounts of complex/detailed information
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work on a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment

Responsibilities:

  • Updates and maintains Sales reports
  • Provides reports to Marketing Head on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Ranks Sellers, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors based on their monthly sales production and provides feedback to the Training Head and Marketing Head
  • Prepares Sales reports for Quarterly awards
  • Reviews the reservation agreement (RA) forms and documents of new sales and submits these to Management Information Group (MIG)
  • Oversees filing of the RA forms and documents of each account
  • Oversees the over-all document processing of all Marketing projects & sales
  • Prepares and facilitates presentations for the monthly general meeting of the marketing group
  • Oversees the documentations team during Marketing events and investors night
  • Monitors Credit card terminals and Assist Sales Services Assistants in all queries regarding Credit card transactions
  • Monitors the payments terms and Discounts of all marketing projects
  • Manages swiped reservations & Manager's checks and endorses to Treasury for posting
  • Assists in unit verification for Awards night and Special Incentives
  • Assists the Commissions Associate in commission and incentive coordination with the head office Account Management Department (AMD) and Treasury
  • Checks request letters before securing approval from the Sales & Marketing Head and COO
  • Oversees & monitors blocked units and approves special blockings request
  • Oversees updating of availability charts for all Marketing projects
  • Oversees monitoring of parking slot availability for all Marketing projects
  • Oversees computations of payment terms given to agents/clients
  • Oversees computations cost implication/interest for deviated terms/requested terms
  • Oversees allocation of Buyers Information Sheet (BIS) & Request for Reservation & Offer to Purchase (RROP) to sellers or clients
  • Oversees coordination with Operations and issues request memo or cover letters whenever there are client concerns or requests on the layout of the unit
  • Oversees issuance of payment schedule for clients
  • Monitors transfer or cancellation of units of clients
  • Acts as committee for accounts with conflict
  • Orients newly hired Property Specialists regarding Documentations processes
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
