Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SPE-Research Capital Markets professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong background in IB Research and Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to impactful projects that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on capital markets to support investment decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations using MS Office tools to communicate findings effectively.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance investment banking operations and processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all research outputs to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize domain expertise in IB Research to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to improve research methodologies and tools.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor research outputs accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and practices.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members to build a strong research team.
  • Work collaboratively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong proficiency in MS Office essential for creating detailed reports and presentations.
  • Have a solid understanding of IB Research and Investment Banking Operations which is beneficial for the role.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide actionable insights.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey research findings to stakeholders.
  • Show adaptability and flexibility in a hybrid work environment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and developments.

Certifications Required

CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification in finance or investment.
