We're looking for a
Corporate Insurance & Client Services Officer
to support and grow our corporate insurance portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with brokers, corporate clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth servicing and delivery of insurance solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients and brokers on policy inquiries, claims, and updates.
  • Support the sales and distribution teams in acquiring and retaining corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations on portfolio performance and market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3–5 years' experience in
    insurance servicing, broker management, or client-facing roles
    (corporate insurance preferred but not required).
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in
    servicing with brokers and corporate clients
    is a must.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
