About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at GEOHARBOUR PHILIPPINES'. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects in Labrador Pangasinan. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
  2. Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of site works in coordination with the Project Manager.
  3. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure proper documentation of site activities.
  4. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
  5. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work.
  6. Resolve any technical or construction-related issues at the site.
  7. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the project site.
  8. Verify and maintain records of material usage, manpower, and equipment deployment.
  9. Support in preparing site measurements, estimates, and billing requirements.
  10. Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders when required.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
  3. Licensed Engineer (preferred)
  4. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
  5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  6. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.
  7. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (preferred).
  10. Experience in renewable energy projects is a strong advantage.
