Join Lexcode—a natural language processing company based in Korea and the Philippines—as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you'll collaborate with a full-stack team developing advanced language solutions powered by cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, redefining global communication and breaking down language barriers.

What You'll Do:

• Design Creation & Development: Produce high-quality visual assets—including social media graphics, marketing materials, infographics, digital ads, and presentations—that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Brand Management: Uphold and evolve the visual identity of the brand by applying consistent style, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints. Ensure all designs reflect brand values and enhance brand recognition.
• Creative Concepting: Translate briefs into engaging visual concepts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences and support business goals.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through delivery. Work closely with marketers, content creators, and developers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Design Review & Refinement: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, iterating on designs to improve visual clarity, messaging, and effectiveness across channels.
• Asset & Template Management: Create and maintain organized design templates, asset libraries, and visual guidelines to support consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Collaboration Across Borders: Coordinate with teams in the Philippines and South Korea to ensure creative alignment on regional and global campaigns, while gaining cross-cultural design insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design disciplines
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
• Exceptional focus, attention to detail, and ability to maintain concentration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; thrives in collaborative environments
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
• Understanding of print production processes and specifications
• Familiarity with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable technologies
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to fast-paced training
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in dynamic work settings

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: P30,000
