URGRENTLY HIRING

Duties:

  • MUST be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Checking of units before the turn-over of unit (Punch-listing).
  • Assess the accomplishment of contractors (Site Inspection).
  • Inspection of units to be turned over to PMO (Property Management Office) and Home-Owners.
  • Assist with Manager's Punchlist.
  • Assist in the PAG-IBIG Inspection.
  • Assist with the concerns of home-owners.
  • Address concerns during contractors.
  • MUST be willing to be assigned at Tanza, Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
