-At least 1 year experience as Turnover/Retrification Engineer or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Do all works related to turnover of units and perform tasks as indicated by the management.
  • Assists unit owner for the initial and final inspection of their unit.
  • Assists the Turnover Engineer in providing technical response and information to clients for their queries during inspection.
  • Assists the Turnover Engineer in creating punchlist of units as needed for retrification of units.
  • Assist in inspection and monitoring of retrification works of units for turnover to clients
