JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inspect and verify ready-for-turnover units based on approved specifications.
  • Supervise site contractors and monitor work progress.
  • Review and validate contractors' accomplishments and payroll.
  • Prepare payroll and assign tasks to maintenance workers.
  • Ensure site cleanliness and proper maintenance of units.
  • Report any site or structural issues to the Senior Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (Licensed preferred)
  • At least 1 year work experience in housing development or turnover experience
  • Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
