Mid/Senior Level Product

We're looking for a versatile, creative, and detail-oriented Mid and Senior Level Product & Web Designer to lead the design of digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences. This role blends product design, web design, and marketing creativity to deliver high-quality designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Web Design: Lead end-to-end design for digital products and web experiences—covering user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
• Marketing & Campaign Assets: Design digital marketing materials, including landing pages, email templates, ad creatives (Google, Facebook), social media graphics, and e-commerce visuals—ensuring engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
• Brand Identity & Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system (Figma) and brand guidelines for consistent use across all teams and channels.
• Print & Product Collateral: Create packaging, apparel graphics, brochures, posters, POS materials, and other print-ready designs with accurate specs and color profiles.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability testing, and data synthesis to improve product and marketing designs based on real user insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, production, and customer experience teams to define requirements and deliver quality results.
• Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on design, fashion, and digital trends, sharing insights to elevate product and brand quality.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and iterations while ensuring designs are user-centered, accessible, and on-brand.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years professional experience in product, web, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design (UX/UI) and polished visual/marketing/print work — include web/product URLs and production examples.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Experience planning/conducting user research and translating findings into design changes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS capabilities and limitations.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Proven ability to produce production-ready files with correct specs for web, print and apparel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clearly explain design rationale to cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience spanning digital product design and print/apparel.
• Experience with B2B/SaaS product design.
• Background in packaging or apparel production design.
• Motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) a plus.
• Experience scaling enterprise-level design systems.

Skills & Tools

• Design: Figma (expert), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• UX/UI: User flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interaction design.
• Research: Usability testing, data synthesis, design iteration.
• Production: Print-ready file preparation, ad campaign asset production.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork with PMs, engineers, marketing, and production teams.
• Creative: Typography, layout, color theory, visual storytelling, motion graphics basics.

Pay

• Mid: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
• Senior: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
