Purpose of the Role

The Junior-Mid Weight Designer supports the creative team in delivering high-quality marketing materials across print and digital channels. This role focuses on production efficiency, accuracy, and consistent application of brand guidelines across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotional & Print Design
  • Use InDesign data merge to create store tickets for promotional pricing.

  • Export finished art for in-store print, ensuring correct CMYK profiles, bleed, and export settings.

  • Digital Asset Production

  • Export website assets using script plug-ins and create optimised GIFs.

  • Produce generic paid ads for sales campaigns.

  • Email Campaigns

  • Produce EDMs for BAU campaigns.

  • Upload to Dotdigital and link products accurately.

  • Catalogue Production

  • Input promotional data, download product imagery, and enter product names and pricing into InDesign templates.

  • Image Management & Retouching

  • Retouch imagery as required.

  • Upload and file imagery with correct naming conventions and tags.

  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Designer and wider marketing team to ensure consistency and timely delivery of assets.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (strong focus on InDesign).
  • Understanding of print production requirements.
  • Accuracy in data entry and asset naming.
  • Experience in EDM platforms advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in working with international companies advantageous
  • Proficient in English speaking
