Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Unreal Engine Technical Motion Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time, fully remote position ideal for someone who is both technically proficient and creatively driven. The role requires deep experience in Unreal Engine and motion design, along with a collaborative spirit to work closely with graphic designers, strategists, and clients to bring high-impact visual campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, real-time motion design content using Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, strategists, and stakeholders to execute visual campaigns.
  • Utilize supporting tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D (C4D), and Maya for complementary 3D and animation tasks.
  • Manage and organize tasks effectively using project management tools like Asana and .
  • Work with Figma to support design collaboration and integration.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level Unreal Engine designers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, internal teams, and design leads throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of Unreal Engine and potentially other products in the Epic ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of 3D and animation workflows using tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating on client-facing campaigns with designers, strategists, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate design vision and feedback.
  • Organized and self-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Asana, , and Figma for project and design management.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading junior Unreal Engine designers.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing real-time motion design and creative projects across various industries.
