Civilocity is a U.S.-based design partner supporting civil engineering firms with drafting, design, and engineering work. We're looking to bring on a Civil Designer or Civil Engineer based in the Philippines with strong Civil 3D experience to join our growing team.

Our work covers a wide range of land development projects—from single-family homes and large subdivisions to commercial, industrial, and educational sites. For the right person, this opportunity has the potential to grow into a leadership role as we expand our presence in the Philippines. Note: This is a remote, full-time contract position for now, but we are actively exploring the launch of a Philippines-based office, so this could evolve into a full-time, on-site position in the future.

What you'll be doing

Drafting and designing site plans, grading plans, drainage plans, erosion control plans, and utility layouts

Producing high-quality construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3DFollowing U.S. standards and workflows with clear instructions and feedback

Collaborating with a U.S.-based engineering and project management team

What We're Looking For4 years of experience with Civil 3D on land development projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)Degree in Civil EngineeringStrong understanding of grading, earthwork, and utility design

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Solid written and spoken English communication skills

Knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics

Bonus QualificationsExperience working on U.S.-based projects or with the imperial system

Experience managing or mentoring other team members
